Your First Appointment

Our office is committed to providing you with the highest quality of care possible. To help us in scheduling your appointment, please remember the following:

• Your first appointment usually takes about an hour. It will consist of obtaining a thorough medical and dental health history, a complete mouth examination and the taking of X-rays if necessary.
• We will describe the extent of your condition, time required for treatment, and provide you with estimated fees. Please feel free to ask questions at any time. If you wish you may bring your spouse or close family member to listen to the consultation.
• Please bring all pertinent healthcare information and a list of all medications you are currently taking. Please bring your dental insurance information. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
• Once you make an appointment, you will receive a welcome letter with forms and directions to our office.

Please Note: All patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation appointment.

Please notify the office if you have a medical condition or concern prior to surgery (e.g. artificial heart valves or joints, heart murmurs requiring pre-medication, severe diabetes, or hypertension).
