Our Financial Policy

We are a fee-for-service office, meaning that we have no contract with insurances and our fees are due in full. We have several financial arrangements to accommodate payments.

As a courtesy to our patients with dental insurance, we submit necessary claim forms, receipts, radiographs and other information to your insurance company. We are equipped with electronic submission, which expedites reimbursement for insurances which access this method.

Some insurance companies offer several different plans. During the year, these companies can modify benefits allowed, co-payments and deductible amounts. We make an earnest effort to provide precise coverage estimates based on the information available to us. Most plans administer reimbursements for approximately 30% to 80% of treatment costs.
